1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Yolograf's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Yolograf provides corporate legal advisory services including contract review, corporate structuring, and dispute resolution in Malaysia. Services are rendered by qualified legal professionals.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and work product created by Yolograf remain our property unless otherwise specified in a written engagement agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Client information is protected under attorney-client privilege and Malaysian data protection laws. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client matters.

5. Fees & Payment

• Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and detailed in engagement letters
• Payment is due upon invoice unless alternative terms are agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges

6. Limitation of Liability

Yolograf's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We do not assume liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Data Protection (GDPR/PDPA Compliant)

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and applicable regulations. Data is used solely for service delivery and communication.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to Malaysian courts' jurisdiction.
